| Extra power for when you're feeling tired. E-walk is a small, convenient, battery-driven auxiliary motor with its own drive wheels and a convenient control that is easy to attach to the wheelchair. E-walk provides extra thrust on the uphill and enhanced braking on the downhill. When you want to use the wheelchair as you usually do again, simply remove the motor. |

The operating controls are fitted to the wheelchair's handlebars. A simple switch moves the wheelchair either forward or backward. Speed is adjusted using a knob and the wheels are only free to roll after an easy-to-manoeuvre hand lever is lifted towards the handlebar. |
E-walk comes in two versions – either with an NiMH battery, or with a lead battery. The NiMH battery provides a greater driving range, is lighter and is also smaller. |
